Counselling

Counselling is a short-term process. It focuses mostly on addressing the challenges facing the individual on a daily basis or to process difficult life situations such as a relationship breakup, work stress or a big transition in your life. Together we can find new ways of managing your difficulties by understanding yourself better. Sometimes we need a little help to improve and advance on to the next step in our lives.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is a type of therapy treating emotional and mental health conditions. It is a long-term process that allows you to explore how your feelings, thoughts, personal history and current life circumstances interact with each other to create and contribute to your current difficulties. It seeks to help you make sense of past experiences and thereby understand yourself better and the choices that you make in life.It aims to relieve emotional difficulties and change destructive behavioural patterns. At the end of therapy the goal is that you will have developed new coping skills, feel more in control of your choices and be able to live a more balanced, happier and more fulfilled life.

Online & Telephone Therapy

Telephone and online therapy provide flexible options to suit your schedule and requirements. Online therapy using Google Meet allows me to help you create an understanding of your emotional or psychological difficulties and provide insight into how to bring positive and substantive change to your life and wellbeing.
